CHILDREN’S DAY CELEBRATION
12 November, 2021
“Children are natural Zen masters; their world is brand new in each and every moment.” – John Bradshaw
A child can always teach an adult three things: to be happy
for no reason, to be always busy and know how to demand
with all his might what you want. So let us sacrifice out
today so that our children have a better tomorrow.
Children's Day reminds us of the birth of Pt Nehru, country's first Prime Minister. This day is celebrated in various ways in the different educational institutions of the country. In this way, children pay homage to their Chacha. Today, our school also celebrated Children's Day. The students from all the classes witnessed the programme. The teachers took the students to the school auditorium.
The programme commenced in the morning on both platforms followed by the morning prayer conducted by the teachers. The event was hosted by Ms. Shubhi. The chronology of the event was as follows:
• Prayer – Ms. Surabhi (offline), Ms. Shilpi (Online)
• Thought – Ms. Swati Jain (offline), Ms. Shilpi (Online)
• Word of the day :

b. Hindi – Ms. Renu (Offline), Ms. Preeti (Online)
Pursuing the function, a colourful programme was presented by the teachers of the school to celebrate Children's Day. Teachers sang, danced and enacted on stage to make the morning memorable. Teachers initiated their best for their loving kids. The concerned teachers were:
a. Ms. Surabhi – Medley (singing)
b. Ms. Priyanka – Medley (Dance)
c. Ms. Ritu – Dance and song
d. Ms. Vaishali – Dance
The students relished the jamboree and also danced with their teachers in groups on the stage. Their happiness was at par.
Principal of the school, Ms. Manju Mehra, addressed the children and encouraged them to dream big and work hard. She adored the presence of the kids and stimulated them to give their best to life.
The event was a great success. Later, the kids were taken to the ground where they played several games which energized them. The Art teacher also made tatoos on the hands of the students . All the Class teachers wished their students and gave a card to their shining stars as a blessing and token of love.
“The greatest gifts you can give your children are the roots of responsibility and the wings of independence.”
